The Power Spot or Power Zone

Have you ever heard of the words "Power Spot" or "Power Zone"? Actually, these words are nothing new. Probably, it existed since the time of Moses or even before him.

According to some researchers, there are places that hold natural power and provide your body with vital energy—power for health, power of knowledge, power for happiness, mystical power, and power of just about everything else.

Some researchers claim that these places are filled with mystical power and spirituality. What is a Die-Off Reaction or Healing Crisis?

Many people are telling me that they feel worse a few days or a week later after taking some medicines. Is this a side effect of the medicine or a “die-off reaction”? This feeling may just be normal. You can say that it is a side effect and a die-off reaction. For sure, many of you have experienced it before you got well.

Many believe that “healing crisis” occurs when the body is detoxifying and releasing stored toxins from the bloodstream through waste bowels. Yes, the lymph, liver, kidneys, and colons clean the toxins in normal speed of body cycle. However, when our body is controlled by other force of process such as drugs or modern medical technologies to detoxify, the speed of releasing toxins in the body will occur suddenly. Then, we feel sudden changes in our body, which appears to be a side effect or what we call a die-off reaction.

The process of cleansing and detoxifying is a process of elimination, but without medication, the body can eliminate toxins very slowly. Thus, without modern medication, we do not feel or we cannot determine whether we are getting well or worse in a short period time. Die-off reaction can also happen as the body replaces old, toxic tissues with new tissues. Die-off reaction may resemble flu symptoms like chills, fever, body aches, headaches, and rashes. How Much Water Do You Need a Day?

Water is an important structural component of skin cartilage, tissues and organs. Every part of our body is dependent on water.

Our body is comprised of around 75% water: the brain has 85%, blood is 90%, muscles are 75%, kidney is 82% and bones are 22% water. The functions of our glands and organs will eventually deteriorate without water.

An average adult loses about 2.5 liters of water a day through perspiration, breathing and elimination. Symptoms of the body's deterioration begin to appear when the body loses 5% of its total water volume. In a healthy adult, this is seen as fatigue and general discomfort, whereas for an infant, it can be dehydrating.

In an elderly person, 5% water loss causes the body's chemistry to become abnormal, especially if the percentage of electrolytes is overbalanced with sodium.

One can usually see symptoms of aging, such as wrinkles, lethargy, and even disorientation.

If your body is not sufficiently hydrated, the cells will draw water from your bloodstream, which will make your heart work harder. At the same time, the kidneys cannot purify the blood effectively. When this happens, some of the kidney's workload is passed on to the liver and other organs, which may cause them to be severely stressed and may develop health conditions such as constipation, dry and itchy skin, acne, nosebleeds, urinary tract infection, coughs, sneezing, sinus pressure, and headaches.

So, how much water is enough for you? The recommended amount of water you need to drink is an ounce of water for every two pounds of body weight.

Are You Way Too Fatigued?

What is fatigue? Is it what you feel when you are tired? Is it physical fatigue or mental fatigue? What does being tired means?

There seems to have been death cases caused by fatigue. For example, several British soldiers committed suicide due to Afghanistan war fatigue. Also, death cases among patients with CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome) are increasing around the world. Is this because of civilization? Some medical professors believe that fatigue is the cause of various maladies.

Where does the word “fatigue” come from? What is it? How do you measure fatigue? Scientists have discovered a substance that can measure fatigue, which is a kind of virus called HHV6.

Every one of us has this HHV6 in our body since birth. After we were infected during infancy, it has lurked in our bodies, but when fatigue accumulates, this virus increases in the saliva.

However, one of our research does not agree to the above statement. We sent our workers to our farm and let them cultivate the farmland. They were really tired, but when we mentioned that they will be given beer and wine with fatty beefsteak, they smiled and stopped complaining. They claimed that their fatigue had gone. Immediately their saliva was analyzed for HHV6 presence. Then, an excessive amount of HHV6 virus was found, showing that their true physical fatigue was present.

From this study, we understood that mental fatigue and physical fatigue are completely different and can't be compared at all.

Now that we understand how fatigue can be measured, what we want to know here is how to eradicate physical fatigue. It seems that mental fatigue can be removed easily by brainwash, but how for physical fatigue.

The best way to remove fatigue is to rest, take nutritious food, and sleep well. Of course, if you have financial or family problems, then, it is hard to completely eradicate fatigue. Try to solve your material problems even little by little, step by step, then, your total fatigue will be eradicated.

Death caused by cirrhosis of the liver (hepatocirrhosis) and cancer of the liver are dramatically increasing. We found out that the root cause of it seems to be viruses of hepatitis.

For most people, liver trouble or hepatitis has almost zero symptoms. It is the reason that when you feel something wrong or once you are informed by your physicians, it may be too late.

Even doctors wonder how and where such viruses entered to their patients, because the majority of patients did not undergo recent blood transfusion or surgical operations at all. Simplified Treatment Is the Best Treatment

During the time of our ancestors, treatments for diseases or illnesses were so simple, according to the medical books found in religious groups.

Of course, we do not mean that we can do the same as what Jesus did, in this modern world.

How come these devices need a lot of knobs, switches, controls, indicators, timers, and measuring meters? There are five main reasons for this – first, to attract and catch the eyes of users business-wise.
